Housing located in the heart of Asturias, close to a communications hub and safeguarded by the valley in which it is located.

The house is established through a simple volume in a range of neutral colors, which is protected and pierced to create porch and terrace spaces where you can enjoy the tranquility of the location.

Two differentiated zones are perceived for the development of life, the night zone, of greater seclusion, and the day zone.

The design of this home is conceived as an interior viewpoint, towards the spaces that the home itself generates. A place of contemplation that takes advantage of its location and in which the terrace alternates as an extension for domestic life to the outside; even on days of adverse weather characteristic of this geographical area.

The design language is purely rational. Accommodating the regulations that can sometimes restrict the designs, but on this occasion it provokes a contemporary and timeless design.
