POLLERÍA «RITA» EN CALLE JOVELLANOS – OVIEDO

DESCRIPTION:

When we started thinking about the idea of Rita, we were clear that it was going to be a different project.
Its owner wanted to pamper the design from the beginning, concerned with the details, both in the final product, the marketing, as well as in the space that will protect it.

DESIGN LINE:

The spatial layout was simple, a small space in which we should focus only on the exhibition, public access and sales part, as the kitchen and storage area was clearly defined and delimited to facilitate its use. We decided to break with the traditional aesthetics of this type of business, introducing the stone cladding that we like so much, as well as wood and black, in keeping with the typography and aesthetics of Rita's logo. All this with an organic display piece that sought to centralize the pedestrian flow in the open area, as well as provide a certain interior view, while providing privacy to the area where the product is enjoyed.
