DESCRIPTION:

The image that the building captures is conceived through the constructive rationality and the modulation of the elements.

The piece is woven into the façade with an aesthetic without stridency, with openings and terraces in all the homes, giving it a contemporary look with clean lines.

INTEGRATION IN THE ENVIRONMENT:

The image of the block of flats is conceived abstractly, seeking the opening of the houses to the relationship with green space to which it pours. At the same time, it responds to the larger scale of the population area of the nucleus in which it is located, in relation to the pre-existing buildings.

DESIGN LINE:

Our proposal aims to be an extension of life inside the home facing the outside, in addition to respecting the environment in which it is implemented, seeking the timelessness and efficiency at both the spatial and energy levels.
