Single-family home in Nava – Asturias

DESCRIPTION:
This home is located in the cider region, in a location close to communication routes, but at the same time safeguarded from the urban environment.

CONFIGURATION AND EFFICIENCY: The ground floor is designed with an open kitchen and an open-plan living room, as well as a guest bedroom and a bathroom, creating a functional and ideal space for everyday life. On the upper floor there is the night room, with two more bedrooms and a full bathroom, which offer enough space for the whole family. But we have not only focused on comfort and interior design, but we are also committed to an ecological solution for the home. For this reason, we have implemented an aerothermal system that will save energy and reduce environmental impact. In addition, special interest has been paid to the execution of the new façade, avoiding heat losses and improving its thermal insulation.

INTEGRATION IN THE ENVIRONMENT: Our team has worked to maintain the traditional character of the area, creating a home that integrates perfectly into the rural landscape and, at the same time, maintains original details such as the large windows that offer beautiful views of the surroundings.
